The debut album from Wolves of Nihil, Age of Reason is a non-stop, high-velocity, instrumental heavy metal attack, featuring twelve songs of powerful, driving rhythms accompanied by aggressive twin-guitar harmonies.

The sound of Wolves of Nihil is inspired by the chugging, powerful rhythms of the Gothenburg metal sound of the '90s and 2000s, the twin guitar riffage of the 1980s heavy metal scene, and the melodies and composition of video games of the '80s. These separate elements come together in a crushing synthesis of earth-shattering heavy metal.
